The Buzz Conference is hosted by National Community Church in Washington, DC. NCC is orthodox in doctrine but unorthodox in practice. NCC's creative approach to ministry has resulted in a unique demographic: 75% single twenty-somethings and 75% unchurched and dechurched.
NCC is one church with three locations—two movie theaters and one coffeehouse. NCC meets in the movie theaters at Union Station in Washington, DC and Ballston Common Mall in Arlington, VA. The vision is to meet in movie theaters at metro stops throughout the DC area.
NCC has also built a first-class, fully-operational coffeehouse on Capitol Hill that opened its doors March 15, 2006. Ebenezers Coffeehouse serves as a third location for NCC services and activities and will also be the site for the Buzz Film Festival and the Pre-Conference Theater Church Forum.
