Film Festival: Submission Guidelines

Film length limits
Up to five minutes.
Video type
Films must be submitted on DVD. Please submit three copies of each film.
(Note: One DVD can contain entries for more than one category, but the DVD must be properly labeled with film and category titles.)
Film Statement and Synopsis:
These must be included with each submission in order to be entered into the competition. The synopsis is a brief description of the film, including its title and category; and the film statement is an opportunity to tell us why your film should be included in the festival. Please submit three copies with your entry.
The top films will be shown at the film festival and also compiled on a finalist dvd. Films containing copy written material will not be included on the finalist dvd without proof of permission. In order for your film to be eligible for inclusion on the Buzz Film Festival 2007 Finalist Reel, please submit a signed letter of permission stating that you will allow your film to be included on the dvd and that it does not contain copy written material. If your film does contain copy written material, but you received permission to use it, then you must include a copy of that written permission.
You do not need to attend the conference to enter.
